Good to know
Do you clean rental units for landlords?
Yes. We clean between tenants and can set up repeat move-out cleans for your properties. Call or text to arrange it.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just tell us how to get in.
What if something was missed?
Before your cleaner leaves, you inspect the work together and sign off. If you later find something in your booked service that was honestly missed, tell us within 24 hours (a photo helps) and we’ll come back and re-clean that area free. The promise covers the missed area only, and applies when the end-of-visit inspection was done.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead, or reschedule free up to 12 hours ahead. Later changes carry a $50 fee. Your card is only charged after the cleaning is done.
