Do you clean older and historic homes?
Yes. We take extra care with original woodwork, radiators and older floors, and ask about any surfaces that need special products.
Do you clean student and faculty rentals?
Yes. We do move-in and move-out cleans for rentals around the university, timed around lease dates.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just tell us how to get in.
What if something was missed?
Before your cleaner leaves, you inspect the work together and sign off. If you later find something in your booked service that was honestly missed, tell us within 24 hours (a photo helps) and we’ll come back and re-clean that area free. The promise covers the missed area only, and applies when the end-of-visit inspection was done.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead, or reschedule free up to 12 hours ahead. Later changes carry a $50 fee. Your card is only charged after the cleaning is done.
