Flat prices, plus NJ sales tax. Larger homes add a small fee per extra 250 sq ft. Recurring plans start at the first-clean price, then the regular price each visit, and your 3rd visit is free on a new recurring plan. Your final price is confirmed before you book.
Moving out of a New Jersey rental?
Under New Jersey’s security deposit law (N.J.S.A. 46:8-19 to 46:8-26), your landlord has 30 days after you move out to return your deposit, with an itemized list of any deductions. Ordinary wear and tear isn’t deductible, but heavy cleaning can be. A professional move-out clean is the simplest way to avoid that charge.

Good to know
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave a key, a lockbox code or front-desk instructions.
Can you clean on move-out day?
Yes, ideally after your things are out, so we can clean inside cabinets and closets.
Do you bring a vacuum and supplies?
Yes, all supplies and equipment. No need to store anything for us.
What if something was missed?
Before your cleaner leaves, you inspect the work together and sign off. If you later find something in your booked service that was honestly missed, tell us within 24 hours (a photo helps) and we’ll come back and re-clean that area free. The promise covers the missed area only, and applies when the end-of-visit inspection was done.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel free up to 24 hours ahead, or reschedule free up to 12 hours ahead. Later changes carry a $50 fee. Your card is only charged after the cleaning is done.
