4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Rescheduling of Services
a. Customers may reschedule their appointments up to six (6) hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any fees.
b. Rescheduling requests made within six (6) hours of the scheduled appointment time may be denied and treated as a cancellation subject to the terms outlined in Section 4.2.
4.2 Cancellation of Services
a. Customers may cancel their appointments at any time. However, cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee.
b. Cancellations made twenty-four (24) hours or more before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits, as applicable.
4.3 Refund Processing
a. Refunds will be processed immediately and automatically upon confirmation of a cancellation request.
b. Refunds may take between three (3) to ten (10) business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the processing times of the customer’s financial institution.
4.4 Non-Refundable Fees
a. Certain fees, including but not limited to deposits and administrative charges, may be non-refundable, depending on the terms of the specific service agreement.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ago Home Services and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your
use of or inability to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ago Home Services operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
